The sales person was polite friendly, provided good advice and processed my order quickly and efficiently.

Ian was very helpful at all times during our visit including all the various parts of the paperwork when we made our purchase

I was served by Ian validation number 159. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the products in the store. He gave us plenty of time to look around and to make a decision. He was very friendly and approachable. Ian is an asset to your team.

Despite the Dreams website stating certain items were not available to view at the Gillingham Store the store colleague who assisted us was quickly able to identify the items we were interested in and enable us to test the mattress and view the Divan. I was very satisfied with the service in store but the accuracy of stock availability for viewing at stores on the website is not correct.

Knowledgable and friendly staff. He was very patient and not at all pressurising. Offered drinks. Took time discussing options and finding the right solutions for our needs. Would recommend to anyone.

I bought my grandson in his buggy to look at children's beds which were upstairs , we was approached by Howard who not only directed me upstairs but took me up in the lift and stayed with us to answer all our questions .

We were a little unsure where to start. Emma was friendly and explained the colour coding and pointed us in the right direction, recommending items for both occasional and regular use. I think if she hadn't approached us we may have gone elsewhere

We visited the store just to look for a rough price and idea for a new bed and mattress, we were allowed some time to look before a member of staff approached us. Emma asked us if we had been there before and explained the different coloured pillows on mattresses corresponded to different types. Explained the sale they had on and said if we needed any help to come back and ask. We then found her and told her what we were looking to do. She gave us lots of different options and explained everything so thoroughly. It was such a good price and good service we decided to buy the bed and mattress there and then!

Howard was very knowledgeable about the different products available from dreams. When we decided we didn't like a mattress he filtered out the products until we found the mattress for us. The finance option was great and really helped to make the product more affordable, with a nice cup of coffee while we filled out the paperwork it was a great experience. Thank you, we'll be back in eight years!
