This is the 2nd item I have bought from Dreams. Very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff both times. This visit I was served by Ian who was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And I enjoyed my cup of coffee.

The shop assistant that helped us was polite because he was the first shop assistant to address my partner first and referred to her as madam. We had visited other mattress shops and they only spoke to me I and referred to me as sir but did not speak to my partner, needlessly to say this made us angry and upset however Jamie was the first who acknowledged both of us. Jamie was also very knowledgeable about the products on the shop floor however it was his politeness and respect that made us return to the store to buy the mattress.

I had viewed the Dreams wensite and found the bedframe I wanted. On seeing it in store I was impressed by the quality. I also tested a number of matresses a as I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and I found the perfect one which easy to understand information on the display card

Had a very warm welcome to the store and all the staff where friendly .

Staff was very friendly and good knowledge and very helpful

Jamie was very knowledgeable about the products and ensured that all our queries were answered. He also offered me a strong cup of coffee which was very much appreciated!
