The sales adviser met all our needs and he was very cheerful

Howard at Dreams, Gillingham Business Park was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable about the product I was interested in and was able to answer my questions. I was offered tea/coffee, the insurance product and advised on the discounted items in the store. I was shown an option of an 'ex-display' headboard, which I immediately liked and was offered a good discount on the item. Howard was not pushy about any products offered by Dreams and was a delight to deal with. I had initially intended to buy my products on line, but with Howards assistance, I was quite happy to buy immediately in store. I would definitely use Dreams, Gillingham again for further purchases.

I was highly satisfied as I was greeted straight away, a lady spent her time talking us through all our options and making our purchase as easy as possible. She even assisted me in getting a new pillow for my neck problems. Very happy.

I actually went to Benson beds first and was offered a deal in there as I wanted to buy 2 mattresses. I came into store and seen Jamie. He is a very friendly, knowledgeable man and a pleasure to deal with. If only every sales person was like him. This is the second time I have dealt with Jamie (Validation code 159) as I brought a mattresses for my son last year from him in Dreams. When I come back to buy my parents a materess I certinly will come back to your store and deal with Jamie again as he makes the experience brilliant, and how it should be. I love how you colour code the mattresses, this is very helpful and helps out, and makes things easier.

I was in and out of the store with my order placed and paid for inside 20 minutes.
