Ian who served us was very helpful. He helped us choose the right product for us including a new mattress, and also a mattress for our daughters new bed that we purchased privately too. The store made it very easy for us to decide what mattress we required, from there the large choice of beds meant there was something for us!

Emma was attentive and extremely helpful. No issues with the purchase in store. Wanted a bed with neutral colours but had to settle for slate gray which I was disappointed about as thought a range of colours would be available.

Jamie greeted us warmly when we entered the store and was keen to ascertain our needs with regard to our purchase. He offered us a drink, and was very efficient in obtaining details about the earliest delivery date for our goods. Throughout, he was professional, courteous and efficient.

Staff were very welcoming and polite upon arrival. We were informed about the different types of mattresses and bed frames available. We were indecisive of what mattress we wanted but didnt feel rushed by the staff. After we had decided, member off staff Gary had offered us a drink and asked if we were interested in pillows and duvets sets which also had discount on. Very happy with our purchase and we cant wait to have a comfortable nights sleep on our new bed. Thank you Dreams!

I was politely greeted by your assistant who listened to my requirements and quickly took me to view your options. Having chosen the bed frame, I explained I required a mattress and he again swiftly took me to view your options, all the while listening to my requests. Once the mattress was selected he advised me of your excellent deal on your extended bed cover and the mattress protector, which I upgraded. He inquired as to whether I required pillows but having already purchased these elsewhere I said, no but I do need a duvet, to which he showed me the silent-night one on offer, which I purchased. My whole visit, including arranging delivery could have been no more than 30 minutes. I must point out that I had originally looked at a bed and mattress on line at in Argos but having selected one their site then told me it was out of stock, so I wasted a good 30 minutes with nothing to show for it. I have spent a bit more coming to your store but feel the excellent service I received was well worth it. I am trusting your delivery people will not let me down next week.

The saleman knew what we needed whilst speaking to him. He was extremely helpful as well as very cheerful.

From the minute we walked into the store Emma the lady that served us was very helpful. She also gave us enough time on our own to make our choice but was also very helpful with plenty of advice about the products.
