We came into store not knowing what mattresses we wanted, only that it needed to be very soft and comfortable for us and comfortable for our daughter. Jamie gave us excellent advice about the various mattresses on offer. He also gave us plenty of space and time to walk around the store and try the products out with various types of pillows too. He answered our many questions professionally and with humour. At no time did we feel pressurised or harassed. Thank you Jamie. With any luck, the extremely expensive mattresses we chose will be perfect for us!

I was served by Jamie, who was very approachable, patient and whose expert knowledge of the products helped me to decide what best suited my needs.

The Assistant Jamie was v helpful and informative, but was not pushy and gave us time and space to make our decision on our purchase.

The instore sales person Howard (159) was extremely helpful and gave us complete overview of the products which made decision on what to purchase very easy.Range of products was excellent and layout very good.Howard was very courteous and friendly also offering refreshments,he is an asset to the company!

One thing i hate when i visit a store is being pounced on by an assistant.My wife and i were given about 10 minutes to browse before we were approached by Howard.He knew his products and i believe we made our choice through Howard's knowledge.We were only in there for about 40 minutes which pleased me because i hate shopping!!! Never had a problem with any of the Dreams stores we have been to and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Walked into your Gillingham store as I was after a mattress,I was approached by one of your staff (Howard) who was polite, attentive & listenened to my needs. I work in a retail sales environment & I'm highly critical when it come to customer service & Howard was spot on.

Howard, the Salesman gave us a warm welcome and bothered to understand our needs. We were given all the product information we needed, which resulted in my Son and myself both purchasing a mattress. Very satisfied with everything.
