We were after a new bed but weren't going into store to buy initially however we found something that suits our needs and felt happy to purchase there and then. We are very much looking forward to our purchase arriving.

We knew the product that we wanted, we were able to go into store and order what we wanted and were offered a special promo pack of pillows that were on offer. Delivery was quicker than expected so we were really happy

We were met by Howard who listened intently to what we required and then gave us an outline to the different types and differences about mattresses. He took us to the mid range items and was not pushy or pressurising at all. His patience was excellent as it has been years since we had purchased a mattress. We were given refreshments and plenty of time to try out each mattress until we found the item most suitable for our needs.
