We were given assistance in finding the right mattress for us, and then given the time and space to discuss and try them out whilst making a decision under no pressure from the sales assistant who was very knowledgable and helpful throughout (Jamie)

Store was well laid out and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. They were very pleasant to deal with and answered all our queries concisely.

I was after a mattress that wasn't to deep because of my age i struggle to get into bed i was happy with the one the assistant showed me and he was very knowledgeable nice chap.

Help provided by staff, knowledge & advice without being 'pushy'

All round great experience. Didn’t have to wait to be seen for very long and shop assistant was apologetic for that wait. He went through our options and showed us the ranges that the bed experience recommended and then left us to sample the various mattresses and discuss our options. He seemed to know what he was talking about when it came to a good night sleep and wasn’t pushy with us buying it there and then when we said we would return either the next day or day after.
