Dreams - Gillingham

This is the second time we have come into this branch to purchase a bed. The first time was a double bed for our daughter and this time was to purchase a kingsize bed for us. On both occasions Howard approached us. He was/is extremely helpful, informative and patient with us, with all the questions we were asking. At no time did we feel we were rushed or a nuisance. Thank you Howard.

Great service

Everything could not have been easier Howard listened to our needs and suggested several options and we were able to place an order for the one we chose. Tea provided whilst we placed our order. Nothing could have been easier.

The store was well lit and welcoming as was the welcome of the staff who weren't "in your face" as was our experience in other shops. We were allowed to look around without interruption and when we did question the staff the information was clear and concise!

Gary approached us quickly and straight away was super helpful! He took on board what we wanted and showed and descibed all the mattress types. He then gave us both a pillow and showed us the mattresses to try. Id explained i had back issues and that I had a budget to work towards and he made sure I got what I needed. He was very genuine, enormously knowledgeable and very friendly.

I entered the Dreams store with a specific product in mind having been disappointed with other stores range and availability of products. I was approached by a Dreams member of staff who directed me straight to the product I wanted and advised on the most appropriate mattress to suit both myself and my partner. The whole process was very easy and the advice I was given was straight to the point. I am very happy with my purchase.
