Emma the saleslady that dealt with us was very helpful from the moment she greeted us when we entered the store. Emma was very polite and very knowledgeable of the products that we were interested in. Emma was very thorough when going through the order and payment process. All in all a pleasant shopping experience.

We were looked after from start to finish in a very polite and professional way. My wife has a mobility problem and at no time were we rushed.

James was very knowledgeable about the products, giving us a range of options but guiding us to what he thought would meet out needs. We were given time to try out his suggestions to see which product we would prefer. At no time did we feel, pressurised. There was a balance between giving advice and leaving us to look around. James was very quick to respond to any questions we had. He was very patient and very polite, our whole shopping experience was made less stressful and we felt we had James' full attention without being pushy.
