Excellent customer service. The gent was happy to help us with our questions, asked us if we wanted a drink whilst making up our order, very friendly and chatty.

I was met and assisted by Howard who was very patient and helpful as I was not sure which mattress met my needs. Howard took me to each mattress and explained each one fully which helped me to make my decision. There was no rush and no pressure just advice and very useful help.

We took a long time choosing our new bed and Jamie, the sales assistant could not have been more helpful and patient. Let's hope the bed lives up to our expectations.
