Howard at the Gillingham branch was the very efficient, courteous and helpful person who spoke to me when I phoned. My mum is 86 and has just come out of hospital. Howard made the purchase of a replacement mattress for mum’s bed an easy transaction. I will definitely buy a mattress for myself when I next need to replace mine. Thank you.

On arrival at the store I informed the member of staff of my requirements and I was immediately shown the most relevant items in my requested price range. I was also given the opportunity to compare different options to ensure that I would be completely satisfied with my purchase.
