We were given the right amount of attention by Gary the Manager who was able to answer any questions we had without feeling pressured to make a purchase.

The staff were very knowledgeable and very friendly especially Emma at the Gillingham branch I visited and spent a great deal of time listening to what I needed

We had an idea of what we wanted but the salesman's experience convinced us we need not look around. We wanted quality above all as this will inspire us to return for more items.

Jamie had excellent knowledge of the products on offer. He was polite and very helpful. He also took time out to explain all the fine details etc.

The lady that helped us was brilliant- she understood our problem and did everything she could to help

Spoke to Jamie and Howard, both were very friendly and made us feel welcome offering tea or coffee should we want it. They both knew their products and explained everything clearly so that we understood the different options available to us. As regards price we would all like to pay less but it was a fair price that we paid for the bed and mattress, if we could have just got the price down a little on the wardrobe then we would have bought that to but we will wait for the boxing day sale and see if that makes a difference. I would be happy to send my friends to see either of these guys to buy a bed
