Emma who took our order came over to us quickly and gave us very helpful info on the mattress we wished to purchase and explained very clearly the different types of mattress. She allowed us to test them and was very friendly and professional throughout our whole visit, making it an enjoyable experience. When we came back next day to pick up the mattress we had ordered, the gentleman who was in the shop at lunchtime fetched the mattress for us then carried it out of the shop and put it in our car. Again, very helpful and friendly. Top marks to the staff.

Friendly helpful staff

The man who served me saw me looking at beds and came over to assist, he found what I was looking for at just over my expected budget but an excellent deal and it is being delivered very soon. He put me at ease, offered me a drink and chatted nicely. A good experience

Howard the customer assistant was very helpful and prompt in serving me. He was smartly dressed and polite.

We weren't rushed at all and the staff were friendly and offered a cup of tea. When asked a question they didn't have the answer to they went off and looked it up in their product info. Accessories were explained and we also bought pillows and mattress protectors.

Upon arriving in the store we were greeted by a staff member at the Gillingham branch called Emma. She was very friendly and helped us understand the different types of mattresses available. We told her what we wanted and what we'd been previously looking at and different stores and she knew right away what we would like. After looking around several mattresses we found what we liked. Emma was very helpful on our visit and was very quick to come back to us with pricing with lead us to place our order happily.

as soon as we walked in, Jamie approached us to offer his assistance. the whole process was quick, friendly and he was very thorough and we left feeling well informed and happy. :)
