friendly staff ,he had good knowledge and was happy to discuss any issues we had, During our second visit he helped us select the right product and handled the order very propmtly.

this store had a car park right outside the store, the store was very clean and tidy, the assistants ( GARY ) knowledge was great, the speed of the trans action was great ( no hanging about ), the choice of products was unlimited,

Choice of beds which met my needs. Knowledge of staff member who gave the right amount of assistance without being pushy. We were allowed to test the mattresses and given time to make the right decisions

Served by Emma lovely lady very helpful her knowledge of beds was excellent.She remembered me from the summer when i purchased a sofa bed. I didnt feel rushed in anyway and was offered tea or coffee. The whole process was easy and enjoyable.
