Sales person, Ian (159) was very knowledgeable and gave lots of information regarding the beds in an easy to understand manner. He gave us plenty of time to try the beds and told us the pros and cons of each type of mattress. He was very attentive without being pushy. Very friendly and professional service. Thanks Ian

As soon as we entered the store, Jamie asked us if we needed an assistance. He then went on to explain the type of mattress that would be best for us after listening to our requirements. He then showed us exactly where in the store to look and explained the differences between all the different types. He left us alone to try out the various mattresses and then approached us to see if we had decided on one or needed more time or help. He again explained the differences between the two we were looking at and helped us to make our final decision.

The guy who greeted myself and my family was very knowledgeable and although he was always available for questions I felt that he was not pushy and over bearing which I have felt in other shops. I still have to receive my purchase but so far my dreams experience was a most favourable one.

The gentleman who served me (I think his name was Gary but not sure) was very personable, polite and cheery. He was very attentive, and listened to my requirements. He explained all the different types of mattresses, was very knowledgeable and helpful and therefore made my choice of mattress a very quick, easy and painless process.
