I was pleased that salesman Gary was friendly, helpful, had detailed knowledge and went to the trouble of understanding our needs. We were delighted that having spent time with us he then left us alone to consider our purchase without the hassle that some over enthusiastic sales people give their customers. There is a wide range of products in the shop ranging from bargain basement to top of the range. It's a good place to shop, get advice and make a decision.

We were highly satisfied with Jamie's product knowledge, attention to detail, time spent telling us all the products available for what we were looking for and general politeness and helpfulness making the visit a pleasurable one and we are more than happy with the products we have ordered. If / when we need to purchase more beds we would most certainly deal with Jamie again.
