The gentleman looking after us spent along time with us, we explained what we were looking for (a firm mattress) and our budget, he talked us though what the mattress were I.e foam, springs, etc, after trying out a lot of mattresses we settled on one, thank you

Howard the sales assistant was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was to much trouble and he was very professional and well presented

Jamie was friendly, open and honest without the pushy sales pitch. The benefits of each option were explained to us in detail, leaving us to make our own decision as opposed to someone just wanting commission and not caring about the customers needs. Great service.

Friendly service good advice and support

We weren't sure what we wanted when we arrived but the sales assistant was very helpful asked pertinent questions to ascertain what our preferences were and was then able to point us in the right direction.

Jamie was the gentleman that served us he was very polite,extremely helpful & his product knowledge was excellent. My Husband & l felt at ease as although Jamie was there to help he wasn’t at all pushy this relaxed us so we were able to view at our leisure. All in all a very pleasurable experience.
