Dreams - Gillingham

We were made very welcome and unpreasured when in the store which was very nice , given our own pillows to try the beds with and as much time as we needed. There was no hassling from staff just help and explanation when needed, the whole experience has left a very positive impression and I will certainly return in the future, probably 8 years when our next mattress is due .

We visited the store on Saturday. Told Gary our requirements. He then directed us to the range of beds suitable for us after explaining why the others didn’t meet our requirements. He answered all questions and did not pressurise for a sale. We thought it over and returned two days later. He helped us get the base in the colour we wanted and explained the whole process from the finance to additional cover. Very pleased with the service received.

The salesman spent time listening to my requirements and offering advice and samples of various mattresses that would suit my needs.

When my wife and I went to the Gillingham store a member of staff called Emma was very helpful at all times. She listened to everything we wanted and advised Us on the quality of products will 100% be returning in the future

Service, then helpfulness of Jamie in store, offered us a pillow to take with us and try whilst testing the mattresses out, we was offered a drink as well. Very polite indeed.

Great customer service

When we first entered the store weekend looked around not knowing where to look then Ian came over asked if we were ok and we explained we need a new mattress for a bad back. He explained about the types of bed and the colour coordination and what's inside each type of mattress. He provided a comfortable pillow and let us try the beds alone to see which we would like. Then he came and we said we like the firm green and he then showed us the beds and how to read the pricing and left us alone to do fine the one we like and he was watching from a distance so when we decided he was there for us. He was really friendly and we liked that he gave us some space so we were not pressured at all. Very good customer service.

We found Jamie to be helpful, attentive and knowledgable. He wasn't too pushy, but really easy to deal with. He gave us confidence in the product.

Dreams was a brilliant experience, lovely staff, calm atmosphere and everyone was very helpful while I was choosing my new bed, went in for a king size mattress but fell in love with a great deal on a super king mattress and bed frame, absolutely beautiful can’t wait for it to arrive.

Bed and mattress purchased for my younger brother who has downs syndrome, the sales assistant was great with my brother, taking time to assess his needs and very patient to ensure he was getting the right product, I was very impressed.
