We experienced great customer service while in store, we was left to look around and once we had narrowed it down to 2 beds that we liked, the assistance from the sales assistant was there when we needed it. Overall a nice and easy customer experience.

Jamie was very helpful and had a great knowledge of what I was looking for. He helped me to understand the types of mattress I needed and what they all did. I was even offered a drink too.

I was greeted when I came into the store, it was well laid out and easy to navigate.

The colleague (Jamie) was friendly & welcoming, explaind in detail about my products that I had perchased. Making sure I was satisfied with all the information given.

Jamie assisted us in store. He explained all the types of beds available and the materials used including the colour coded pillow cases. He provided us with tempur pillows for trying the different kinds and then allowed to try them in peace without being pushy. Once we indicated we were ready for further assistance/to make a purchase! He was available immediately.

The salesman Jamie explained the colouring system, mattress materials, the differences, where we could find the products in the store and left us alone whilst we chose.

The quality and prospective life of the various types of springing was carefully explained along with the various usabilitys ie guest room ,or regular use TheDreams colleague was extremely professional and served us well.
