First time we had purchased a new mattress and it was easier than I expected with the help of friendly staff

Good visual displays, good customer support and very helpful with our queries and questions.

Howard was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had. Howard not only helped us choose the right bed frame but helped with finding the perfect mattress. He was honest with which ones he thought would and would not be right for us. Howard was really friendly and made it feel easy to ask questions when we had them.

Jamie was very knowledgeable and explained everything with no pressure at all . He allowed us time to try out beds without constant interruption.

Dreams was the first shop we went in looking for a bed, we were greeted & helped by Ian with all our questions , we then went to 2 other shops to look at beds but did not get the same service Ian gave us so we returned to Dreams & spoke with Ian about our needs who was a credit to you.

We first went into the store around 3 weeks ago to look at beds even though we wasn't looking to buy one till may, even after knowing this Howard was very polite, so after I broke our bed me and my partner went up to lakeside to have a look at a few bed stores; after a few hours we found that nobody was as good or friendly as Howard! So we come all the way back home just to see Howard and it was well worth it!! Definitely needs a promotion or a raise!! Love you Howard! :)

Friendly staff, great conversation and was offered a drink whilst waiting for paperwork to be completed.

Very helpful assistant. Good to get to try the mattress while in the store. Plenty of choice even offered a cuppa.

The salesman, Howard was very helpful. He explained how the different types of mattresses were made and directed us to the different types which were colour coded. He gave us enough time alone to look at mattresses before returning to answer any questions we had which led us to purchasing a mattress.
