Very welcoming from the start, as soon as we opened the door, Gary the store manager gave us enough time to have a quick browse before asking if we needed any help, he then have us a tape measure as we needed measure something that wasn’t in the right up, he explained the difference in the mattresses and wasn’t pushy into getting the most expensive just one that suited our needs and budget, asoon as we decided what bed and frame we wanted he helped us choose pillows and duvets explaining what the differences were. And throughout telling us the best deals we could get, when we sat down to pay he was very friendly offering drinks and asking questions about our baby, there was an item that we wanted that was not in stock but he tried his best to give us the best options for delivery times. overal just perfect purchasing experience

As soon as we walked into the store was greeted by Jamie, a very friendly, thoughtful man. He offered us drinks etc. He was very funny and I would be delighted if I were to go back and he was to serve me again.

Product viewed on line was on display in shop, staff very friendly and knew about the product, nice coffee

Staff member Emma was every helpful and friendly and explained everything clearly.

We only went in to have a look a sofa beds. We starting looking and Emma approach us and showed us how they work and told us a out the sale. We were happy with the product and went a head with the sale

Gary who I believe to be the Branch Manager had an excellent knowledge and customer service. My wife and I found him to be very polite and extremely helpful.

The staff where friendly ,helpful and knew everything there is to know about beds
