On my recent visit I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Ian he was very helpful wasn't overbearing and he gave me and my husband plenty of time to look round. I had a good idea of what I wanted but was a little confused with the mattresses. He gave a leaflet that explained the different types and from there me and my husband tested some to find the best one for us. Again there was no pressure form Ian to sell us anything it was nice and relaxed.

The sales representative was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about what my options were, he took time to explain the mattress selections in detail and let me have time to chose what I wanted without being pushy. He was very attentive but made me feel relaxed and not pressurised into making my decision. All in all a very nice guy and very helpful.

We were very satisfied with the assistance we were given in store and the information regarding the product. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new matresses.
