The store assistant Jamie was very helpful, greeted us as soon as we walked in, helped us use the mattress measurement device. he was very knowledgeable showing us the various mattresses that suited our needs. once we found one we liked, the ordering process was simple, even helped us charge our phone (which we needed to pay), offered us a couple of bottles of water while we ordered. very friendly, simple process. would recommend and will be back should we need a new mattress

I was very satisfied because a young man named Ian greater me and had a lovely smile. He listened to what I had to say then he put me on your bed which tells you the beds that are best for you. After he stayed with me while I tried out 5 or 6 of your beds, all the time being very helpful and when I decided which mattress I wanted he then offered me a drink and conpleted my order.

We had a mattress in mind when arriving at the gillingham store but needed some advice. Jamie was very helpful. We were greeted as we arrived and he explained the colour grading system to identify the different types of mattresses. He put us on the dreams machine and gave us a selection of suitable mattresses. He was helpful while maintaining social distancing and wearing a visor and offered us tempur pillows to try with the mattresses, which we loved and ended up buying along with the therapur harmonic 2200. We were offered bottled water for refreshment while placing our order at the desk. We are very much looking forward to receiving our new mattress this Saturday which we were delighted about, being such a quick delivery.
