We made 2visits one to see what suited our needs, and 2nd to make sure, and on both occasions the sales person was very attentive to our needs without any pressure or made to feel we had to buy,which ended up us making a purchase .

We had shopped around before buying at Dreams. But we felt it was better to shop here as we've bought a bed at Dreams before and our last bed was wonderful..Plus quality and service is always great..

my satisfaction has a lot to do with Emma. I was hugely impressed by her knowledge of beds in general and their availability in particular. I’d made a list of target beds using your (excellent) website and she replied to my questions about them without hesitation. Bed XXX? not in the stores yet, online only at this point, bed YYY? Online exclusive. she was helpful without being pushy and made all of my options and obligations clear to me. overall very positive experience. I was also very eased that I was able to save £700 on a mattress I really wanted but couldn’t afford. absolute bargain!

Used this store before, staff are very friendly, helpful, they know their products and guide you through the difference in the various products. Always get offered a drink and you are never rushed you are free to take your time.
