Dreams - Gillingham

Jamie was very friendly and welcomed us on entering the store. His product knowledge is very good, and Jamie explained very clearly how to navigate the large choice of mattresses on offer. We were assisted all the way, without feeling overpowered or hassled, which made it a pleasant experience. Jamie also added on a couple of extras to our order so his selling skills are definitely a strength!

Our Assistant Emma store(159) was excellent. Her explanation of all the products was fantastic, took us through the whole range and the options available. When we decided on our chosen mattress Emma explained all the do's and dont's openly on the contract so there was nothing hidden that might jump out on us if we weren't satisfied with our purchase. We were also offered every other service such as the extended warrenty. I can honestly say she is a credit to your company, if only all sales reps were like her.

We needed a new mattress for some bunk beds that are used only occasionally when grandchildren visit. We did not therefore want to pay too much and the one selected was on special offer and fitted the brief perfectly.

This is the first time I have been to Dreams. I knew what I didn’t want so the salesman was able to offer me several choices. He was patient and accommodating while I tried several beds. He also suggested a particular pillow to help with my arthritis. I was happy with my purchase though it has yet to arrive.

Howard was most helpful courteous and knowledgeable. We were able to make an informed and considered purchase without feeling pressurised.

Very helpful and hot good offers

We had a most pleasant chat and got our options on our budget down to two choices so we instead of walking about looking, we had a look and chose and ordered a mattress there and then because we where quoted three weeks in another shop so when we where told a week and a half we jumped at the deal

When we entered the store we had a few minutes to browse and then we were approached and asked what we were looking for and then explained the products and was encouraged to try them.

Friendly service, not having to wait, dealt with very efficiently by a very friendly member of staff, plus tea and coffee very good.
