We were greeted almost immediately but not pressurised by the sales assistant. After a few minutes he checked again then explained very clearly and quickly about the products gave us pillows to try on the beds then again left us to look. Very happy

I knew what I was looking for so went to Jamie to order I was offered a drink and within minutes had my order and delivery date.

The staff were knowledgeable about the products. They welcomed me immediately to the shop. We were offered a cold drink on a very hot day. I liked the products that were in stock.

I visited the store to buy a mattress only as mine is very uncomfortable. On being shown the new beds and quality I ended up purchasing a mattress, bed, headboard and extended warranty. I said to Howard, the salesman, you must be very good at your job as I've purchased much more than I intended to. Nearby customers smiled overhearing my comments and went on to buy goods as well.
