I was greeted as soon as I entered the store by a friendly respectable gentleman. He explained very clearly and in detail the goods on offer. Both myself and my grandson were offered a hot or cold drink. He explained the paperwork when ordering very clearly before asking me to sign.

The store is well designed so that the bed and mattress are easy to try and you can find your desired firmness by using the colours. A colleague helped us to find the perfect mattress for us and suitability for our price range. The sales asssitant, Gary, knew what kind of mattress we preferred and explained to us throughly how the mattress would benefit us in terms of size and comfort. We likely the Tempur mattress but the price was to high and so Gary was able to provide two options similar to the Tempur mattress and one we ended up purchasing. We were satisfied with the overall easiness of the shop floor and the clear knowledge from the staff member who helped us.

We were highly satisfied because we were informed up front what to look for according to out R needs, we were not hassled nor pushed to pick a particular product.
