The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, had a great understanding of the products and our needs. Offered us a drink and was not pushy or trying to make a quick sale. Let us take our time looking around and trying out beds and told us the differences between the different types. Extremely happy with the service and the gentleman who served us is a credit to the store.

We were dealt with by Gary, the store manager in an extremely efficient and friendly manner. He was very helpful in explaining the different ranges of products and provided us with various options to suit our budget. We were then able to spend some time looking around the store to decide what we wanted without feeling pressured. Once we did decide the process was very straightforward and easily dealt with. So very happy with the service.

Howard was extremely polite and friendly with me and aided me in buying my first bed by providing me with information on all of the 7 different beds I tried providing pillows and offering me and my family tea or coffee.

We were offered knowledgeable assistance throughout our visit by a competent and very good salesman. We had only gone in for a divan bed with storage underneath which we got but also a Tempur mattress, pillows and mattress protector which we’d been looking at for a couple of years
