Staff very good, able to explain clearly different items. Always checking we understood and time taken to understand our needs.

Jamie the sales guy was very helpful and friendly and explained everything perfectly. He was very apologetic about the time for delivery, although this is not a major problem.

We originally went in to buy a Hypnos bed but on finding out you no longer sell them the Manager was very helpful in ensuring our exact needs were met. It was very reassuring to find out he also has a similar type bed to the one we purchased which gave us confidence in making our final decision.

Jamie was excellent from the start, his knowledge of beds was very good and enabled us to make our choice, he made us feel welcome and even offered and made us a hot drink, can’t fault his customer service.
