Jamie who served us was very knowledgable, helpful and really good with our kid. Jamie helped us and we were really impressed so had no hesitation in placing our order.

I wanted to buy a bed that day and Gary approached me to sell me a bed - I work in sales and I was glad someone wanted to sell me something. I went to Harveys next door and nobody seemed bothered to approach me - they weren't even in contention due to this.

We already knew the product we were interested in. The store had it on display so we could test it and the price was cheaper than on-line. Gary answered any further questions we had.

The salesperson was informative and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between the make up of the beds. He asked if I experienced any health issues and then suggested what would be better for me but left me then to make up my own mind. He supplied a pillow for each bed so that my posture was correct.
