EMMA FROM STORE 159 MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND HELPED US OUT IN OUR TIME OF NEED

visited the store after visiting website and got exactly what i expected. ask for specific items to a certain value and was shown different types and explanation of each given. selected item i wanted and customer service was great and got a good deal.

the member of staff that helped us was really knowledgable. He did not force the sale, was not pushy in his approach and gave us the space to be able to make our decision. He was friendly and was able to have a laugh whilst waiting for the order to process. Would recommend him to my friends and family.

I found Jamie friendly supporting and very helpful . He sold me high quality pillows and explained the benefits , left very happy

I new wat I wanted so the gentleman was very good and helpful and I was very happy with the service

Good range of products to try. Offered a pillow each to try with our mattresses. Were left to try mattresses without constant shadowing by staff.

We had an idea of what we wanted, the assistance knew his product.

I had very quick attention from a young man I met as soon as I entered the store. His female colleague who took the order was also very helpful.

Emma who helped us was really good and knew what she was talking about. She completely understood what we were looking for.

Mainly as the staff member listened to what i wanted and guided me through choices based on that. He also offered me a cup of tea which was a nice touch :)
