Very satisfied, friendly and professional staff. Had just what i wanted in store.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store and were helped immediately. We were given plenty of time to make our choice with loads of information of the product we were looking for.

I have never had a problem with any dreams staff always helpful and knowledgeable I only have a issue with the delivery factor ie cant have delivered to the store due to me doing shift work and not always available to have it delivered to the house

All very straightforward,easily explained,No issues which makes things easier

We were greeted by Emma who could not give us enough informatition and explain what type bed and mattress would be suitable to us Emma was very pleasent and gave us excelent service

Jamie was very knowledgeable about all of our options, and he presented them in a way that didn't make us feel like he was trying to talk us into something we didn't want. I could have probably sent my grandmother in to see him and trust that he would do right by her. It was the perfect mix of salesmanship and listening to the customer.
