Dreams - Gillingham

We pounced on Howard as soon as we walked in the door. We told him what we did NOT want but unsure of what we DID want. After going through what we MIGHT want, we were given a pillow and told about the colour code, but we asked Howard to take us to the beds that he thought might suit our needs. Howard obviously was listening to us and the first bed we tried was ok, then he said try this one which I think you are after; well it was just perfect, so after just 2 beds we knew the right one for us and did not feel the need to try any others. So mattress, base, cases and heavenly pillows - sale made.

The service was very great, and the staff who helped us was very nice person and helped us a lot. 😊

Entered the store late and didn't realise it was due to close. Howard still took the time to show us different options and showed understanding of what we wanted/ needed. We had our 2 boys with us and Howard helped them find beds that suited them too.

Great friendly salesman

The customer service was excellent. We did not feel pressured to buy any of the products, so we brought everything! We felt that a good description of the advantages of the available insurance were well explained, without any pressure to buy.

The assistant Jamie was helpful,insightful without the impression of a hard sell offers were explained and all this helped for a trouble free experiance
