Whilst entering the store we was met with a friendly smile from Jamie Validation Code 159 who greeted us and showed us what we was looking for. He told us all about the different types of mattress and other products. He placed our order quickly and smoothly. Was very smartly dressed would definitely recommend him to other customers. Jamie greeted us immediately and quickly established what we needed from a mattress and swiftly explained our options. Then he gave us breathing space to make our minds up, without pressurising us. Howard was very efficient with tying up the transaction. A brilliant experience.

HAVING BEEN ADVISED ON A PREVIOUS VISIT BY JAMIE RE THE RANGE OF MATTRESSES IN STORE WE HAD MADE A SUBSEQUENT DECISION TO PURCHASE AND ARRIVED VERY NEAR TO THE STORE CLOSING TIME .DESPITE THIS WE WERE OFFERED AN EXCELLENT AND UNHURRIED SERVICE.DELIVERY WAS AS ARRANGED AND WE RETURNED FROM HOLIDAY 2 DAYS AGO TO THE NEW MATTRESS IN SITU .
