Store assistant was helpful, explained products well and helped me chose what I needed and wanted by getting me to try different styles of mattress. I didn't feel he was rushing and overall he was friendly.

Staff were pleasent and suggested what beds there were in my price range and firmness of matresses

I was shopping for a single bed and Dreams provided just the right product for me. Showroom was very presentable, sales person efficient and the overall experience of shopping there was excellent. I have no problem with either shopping or recommending Dreams to friends.

Emma took time to understand our needs. Talked through the different types of beds. Walked through the colour codes, the firmness on the mattresses. She helped us to purchase what we feel will be the perfect mattress without feeling in any way pressurised, rushed or veered.

The assistant was very helpful and explained the different types of mattresses to us. He left us alone to trial them which I appreciated. No pushy salesmen. Felt we got a really good deal overall.
