Your Sales Assistant Jamie was very welcoming & friendly. He spent a lot of time going through all of the different mattress products available as well as the difference between a bedstead or divan. He was very patient with us as we were very indecisive and asked many questions. He asked about the colour scheme of the room to give us ideas for which products would best suit. When placing the order offered us drinks, went through all the options available, in all His a credit to your company.

I am highly satisfied with this visit. because what I really wanted to buy and make sure I had done by a professional assistant of dreams. My order and payment was also cleared easily. Besides, I had a warm refreshment there.

Very knowledgeable staff

Someone became available as soon as we entered the store and they explained the colour scheme of mattresses and what they meant. Left us alone to browse and then quickly sorted out our order.

I went in looking to buy a mattress, a member of staff approached and asked if she could help, I told her what I wanted and she sorted it out - showed me a mattress that fit what I'd said I was looking for, and then I placed my order. Delivery isn't till Wednesday (at the time of writing this it's still only Monday) so I can't offer any feedback on the actual mattress at this point.

Lots to choose from was not pestered allowed time to look on our own, the assistant was available when needed and explained everything I asked.

Went to buy cheaper mattress but salesman was very informative and suggested a more robust item which were happy to buy knowing it would last longer.

The member of staff who served me, howard, at the Gillingham branch, acknowledged me quickly and politely. He understood my needs and offered me a range of products at the best price. I had been to a competitor who were much more expensive, knowledgeable but salesman was a bit creepy. Howard was respectful, gave me time to think and wasn't pushy. I decided I couldn't walk away without this bargain so I went for it there and then. Howard has arranged collection and recycling for me too, this couldn't have been easier!
