Dreams - Gillingham

We'd gone to Dreams to buy a bed but it was a bit daunting when we walked into the store as there was a lot to chose from. Emma (the salesperson) was very knowledgeable and was able to guide us towards choosing a bed which, we hope, will be right for us

Howard was very attentive but not pushy. He was very informative and professional. We had viewed the bed the previous week and decided to come back when Howard was next available in the store.

Howard was responsive and took care of us after being in the store around 5 minutes, this gave us enough time to look around first before being approached which is perfect. He said hello and asked us both how we were and what we were looking for today. We left the shop with not only a bed and a mattress, but a duvet, pillows, mattress protector, bedside tables and a storage unit, all of an amazing price.

Staff left us to look around and try the mattresses without badgering us but they offered to assist if we needed it. We tried many beds going to and fro without feeling under pressure to make a purchase

Staff member very knowledgeable about products, friendly, welcoming, and very helpful.

The knowledge and experience of the salesman was very assuring of the products

Jamie was very helpful and explained all about the beds we looked at.He was also very polite.

Howard the sales guy was really helpful but not pushy which really made us feel informed but not pressurised plus he knew his products so could offer helpful advice and alternatives. He really didn’t hard sell all the expensive items he listened to our needs and budget and advised accordingly which was so refreshing. He is Definitely a credit to your company and exactly why we would recommend to our family and friends.

The store collegue was friendly knowledgable and did not come accross to pushy which is the way i like to shop
