The assistance and knowledge of Jamie was excellent and he was very pleasant and easy to deal with.

On arrival the assistance explained fully the colour codinf of mattresses and pillows. We tried those in our colour group. He did not pester us. After a short period he asked if we meeded any help. We confirmed the mattress and pilloes we rquired. He provided uswith a coffeeand tea, we then went through the ordering, deliveryand payment, fully explainging all the time. Very satisfied.

Howar introduced him self and was very helpful. He know his stuff about beds and his advice was always well expressed. He made us relaxed, offered us hot drink and was clearly doing his best to endure well get the bed that was most suitable and within our price range. On the day we visited 4 bed shops but only found Dreams able to assist us in getting the bed most suitable for our needs.
