We were served by howard, he listened exactly what we were looking for, and showed us the relevant beds with all the info we needed, no unnecessary talk, very good service!!

Sales Advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. He checked the temperature in the store was not too hot for us, offered us tea or coffee and answered all our questions relating to the purchase of our mattress, pillows and mattress protector.

Gary approached up when we entered the store and asked if we would like assistance. We told him what we were looking for and he explained the different types of mattresses and asked what sort of feel my son was looking for. He then showed us the range of mattresses. He got a pillow for my son to put his head on and explained about the different materials and springs and we came to a decision. I was happy with my visit and left knowing I had purchased exactly what we needed.
