We were welcomed into the store, talked through the different options. The staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable on all the products and offer great advise based on the reading from the machine we did a test on.

The store was clean, well laid out and had enough space to walk around safely. Howard was a great help when picking out our new mattress and provide great advise.

Howard was a very very accommodating member of your staff. He didn’t suffocate us with a selling pitch and didn’t push us to purchase the highest price mattress. We could of had the product delivered in a week.

My Husband and i visited your store at Gillingham Retail Park, we were greeted by Jamie he was terrific made us feel really welcome. He recommend we try out your sleep machine to find the correct type of mattress, we loved it. Jamie then took us through all the options and we found the prefect divan bed, headboard and mattress within my budget. Jamie offered us a drink whilst completing the transaction, he took time to make we understood all the details. I work for a company that has two Royal Warrants and would offer Jamie a job in a shot, you are lucky to have him, you should ensure that you feedback to him as employee satisfaction is a close second to customer satisfaction. I must add that we visited a carpet retail outlet very close to your centre and they too sell beds and we said we wanted to visit Dreams before we made our mind up. Very glad we did and didn't end up buying a sub standard bed, they ought to stick to carpets! This is the second bed i have brought from the same centre, I am really looking forward to take delivery of our new bed and having a great nights sleep. THANK YOU
