Excellent Service received from Howard today. We will be returning in the near future to purchase a mattress for Myself and the good wife and won't hesitate to come and deal with this lovely young man!

On entering the store we were greeted by a friendly assistant called Jamie and my wife explained we wanted a new mattress and also explained her back problem which needed to be considered. Jamie explained all the types of mattress's available the offers available on the day and what my wife might find suitable to try for her condition. We were then left for a short while to try different mattress's but Jamie was never far away to offer advise. Once we had settled on the one required we were guided to a desk and quite easily placed the order.

I had been recommended to go to the Gillingham store as had bad experience at the Maidstone one previously, The staff were really friendly and considerate to my needs. The service provided was excellent and didn't overpower you as you walked in the door like some stores. Very pleasurable experience

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable having provided our requirements quickly focus us to 2 suitable products.

Very good customer service as usual from this store with staff who have been there some years. We are a repeat customer and are well treated even for small purchases of accessories as well as when we have bigger purchases.

The representative Gary, who spoke to us , let us browse first then asked if we required any assistance, fully explained the types of mattresses , and associated costs , made us welcome and showed us around the store pointing out beds that he felt would be suitable . Coming to a descision and consequently ordering the items. The store manager Gary was very helpful . My only comment is that I found the items that I purchased to be expensive and hopefully will be worth the money spent, I can only wait Nd time will tell Overall very good service at all times
