The store manager, Gary approached us and welcomed us. Showed us different products and explained it to us.

Very good customer service and answered our questions very well.

Ian was amazing, was able to answer all the questions we had and also he was very friendly and officent.

A young man called Ian helped us. usually get fed up with pushy salespersons but Ian was not pushy at all. Was very good at the products we were interested in and demonstrating.Was very courteous.

Although I did my research about mattresses before visiting the store, the Shop assistance was very helpful and explained all the options and I was given plenty of time to view and try out all the beds. The sign of a good salesman is to discreetly try and work out your spending capability and then gently lead the customer to the most expensive end of the store first. Thank you for that Gary and also tempting me to the lovely Tempur. Looking forward to a very comfortable sleep.

We were greeted on arrival and given information and help and then left to brouse and check at our own pace. When we had decided what we wanted the store rep was quick and helpfull in completing our purchase.

We were given a friendly greeting and asked if we needed any help. The sales assistant Gary offered help and advice but left us to chat between ourselves when we needed to. When we were placing the order we were offered a drink. As we are moving to Wiltshire Gary was very helpful with ways and options on how the delivery could go as we had not got a moving date at the time

Howard was very helpful helped me pick a mattress very quickly if he was not there i would probably still be there looking as i was looking for something specific as I am disabled

There was plenty of help and the salesman was very helpful and friendly he helped us to choose the right bed and mattress and explained everything in detail
