Howard, the salesperson was polite, well-informed and listened so that he clearly understood our requirements: leading to the identification of an appropriate product at an acceptable price.

Ian who served us was knowledgeable about the products and spent lots of time assisting us with finding the perfect mattress for us. He made us a drink and made our children feel welcome.

The assistant was first rate and come across as compertant and understanding of our needs also he was not patronising and listened to our needs.

Excellent Service Delivered from Howard.We were made a lovely cup of tea and offered pillows to compliment the mattresses we tried out. Well done Howard you really did go that extra mile and we were certainly be returning to purchase from you again in the very near future 😀

Jamie was excellent as I don’t like to be pushed or spoken to for a long time. He told me exactly what I wanted to know, left me to have a think and then came back to me. The order was dealt with smoothly and quickly and I feel that I got a great deal.

Ian was great. Very helpful in providing information on the mattresses and answering our questions. He approached us at the right time and then also left us to browse without feeling pressured whilst also being on hand if we had further questions. There was also a children's corner with toys for our toddler which really helped and our son loved it.
