I was very impressed with the greeting into store, a guide of how the products work. The attention to detail and the fact they listened to my needs and enabled me to find exactly what I needed.

Jamie made sure we understood the product we were buying and made sure we were comfortable while in the store. Never felt pressured to buy, which was a welcome change.

Welcomed on arrival and explained what was on offer to me as a wanted a new mattress. Selected mattress and payment procedure straight forward. Offers of delivery dates to suit my needs.

Your colleague was a very capable salesman. My wife, son & I went to the store on the Saturday. Jamie was very helpful in taking us through and understanding the layout of the store and in turn the price & quality of the products. I returned on Tuesday lunchtime, Jamie immediately came over to me asked after my wife & son and was able to recall the bedding we were enquiring about. I was very impressed and decided to increase my order by one additional single mattress. I returned after work that evening and made my purchase.

The staff member, Howard, was attentive, helpful and extremely knowledgable, making our visit an enjoyable experience. He was the same when we visited some 12 months ago.
