when coming into the store we had a nice greeting from Howard. Howard finished with what he was doing then came over to us to explain about the different types of mattress there was in the stores. So we can choose the type of mattress that would be what we would like to buy.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who were extremely helpful.

I’m not very well at the moment and need a new mattress as I’ll be spending a lot of time in bed. Howard was very helpful attentive and understanding. Whole process was simple and stress free. Thank you Howard. Looking forward to delivery of my new mattress.

We bought two double beds from Dreams, one of which was for our spare bedroom, some nine years ago, one now needed to have a replacement mattress, we decided to visit Dreams again to replace the said mattress in view of the excellent service we received before. We were pleased to see the same staff and receive the same excellent service as before. Job done, and two very happy people left the store.

The time spent discussing the different brands available to make sure we were buying the product suitable for our needs was very much appreciated.
