I have previously shopped with Dreams and so returned with confidence. I had an idea of what I was looking for and found it as a reduced price.

Howard, who served us, was so helpful, telling us about special offers etc. And in fact him telling us of a 3 for 2 offer made us choose a furniture range we hadnt intended to buy with Dreams.

The whole experience was very good and efficiently dealt with.

We were going to look in another bed store next door,but were so pleased with the service we received we decided there and then to buty from dreams.

Excellent serviced received from Howard at Gillingham store. We were welcomed offered a lovely cup of coffee and everything was explained to us in a simple and easy to understand method. We will be back in the near future to purchase our next mattress and those lovely Tempur pillows that we tried! Thank you so much Howard

We popped in for a couple of new pillows and got chatting to Emma regarding the pillows and my sore back she was very knowledgeable about the products we spoke about the possibility of changing our mattress to assist my sore back and Emma advised us and let us try a few mattresses which after trying a few we hopefully have found the prefect one and ended up buying pillows and a whole new bed with the help and advise of Emma.

Howard was extremely helpful with our purchase, and showed a great knowledge of all of the products that we looked at. We were shown several options and encouraged to try the comfort of them all.

The man helping us was so friendly and sorted everything so quickly. We was limited on time and he went through everything without rushing us. We havnt spent any money on ourselfs due to having 3 young kids so we wanted to get a decent mattress and pillows that will last.
