We were greeted by Howard who told us about the bed that determines what mattress would be suitable. He showed us mattresses which the test said was suitable in a vary price range. He was really helpful and very informative on the mattresses and delivery etc.

We looked at several beds. The sales assistant was very helpful and had good product inowledge. He was able to advise us of differences in the mattresses and also used s computer to assess suitable mattresses for us. With his help we identified a divan base and mattress that fitted all our requirements. We were advised that our bed could be dreliveted the following week and were also advised of delivery procedures we were told the delivery driver could assemble the bed if we so required and the cost of this service. We were very pleased with the service we teceived and would not hesitate to recommend Dreams and will be our first call when we next need a new bed or mattress

Very professional, knowledgable and friendly salesman. Exactly the person you need you are lucky to have him working for you. Put a pillow with cover on the bed for me to try it. Went through a survey on an iPad to find the correct bed for me. Asked very appropriate questions to offer me the best options of bed for me. Offered me bottle of water and ensured I felt comfortable in the environment. He wore a plastic visor throughout which I was happy about. I can say you have a very pleasant and thoroughly professional member of staff working for you. Well done.
