Attentive Staff

i have been in this store twice before an each time been ignored. Maybe the staff feel a woman shopping on her own is not looking to buy. today Ian was most helpful gave me advise on what mattress i needed.

My experience was excellent-The assistant was extremely helpful-I suffer from a number of disabilities, which were taken into consideration throughout my visit, I did not feel hurried and I was given the experience of using the automatic mattress selector in the showroom. This made it so much easier to select a mattress, specifically for my needs. Throughout the whole process the assistant was able to guide me to the range of mattresses available for my needs and I was even offered tea/coffee while my order was being processed.
