Was Greeted when I entered the store .was gave a drink . And made to feel welcome .

We were attended to by a very pleasant gentleman named Gary who introduced himself, helped me on to a bed to assess which type of mattress would suit my needs. He helped me to chose a mattress then offered my wife and I a drink whilst we placed the order and arranged a delivery, he also showed us a pillow and mattress protector which we also purchased along with some insurance cover. After returning home and trying the pillow, we intend to go back to the store and purchase another pillow. I am looking forward to getting my new mattress.

Love the bed and although the website said the ottoman and bedside tables were not yet available, we were able to buy them too

Emma was extremely helpful and knowledgable in assisting me in purchasing a new mattress. She explained all of our options clearly and did not put pressure on me to make a purchase. I felt that she was extremely approachable. It was clear that she did genuinely want to help me make a decision rather than being the typical 'pushy salesman' to just make a sale.

I was dealt with professionally and courteously. I ended up with a product that is suitable to my needs and at a price that was comfortable.

My husband has Parkinsons, Jamie who served us looked aftet his every need by helping him to get on and off of beds, treating him with the utmost respect and explaining everything to us clearly

From the first visit until we eventually purchased. the staff treated us with respect not being pushy but highly informative. Helping us find the right bed for us.

Emma our assistant was very helpful ,lovely and friendly and not at all pushy ! very nice lady and would go back to her if we needed anything again !
