We thought the computerised bed testing system was great as it helped us to choose the right type of mattress for our needs. There was a significant number of beds/mattresses in store for us to try and armed with a computer print out of the type to suit our requirements we reached a decision on what to buy in a reasonably quick time. Howard was very helpful and his product knowledge was excellent. He was ably supported by his Manager when we were finalising the price of the mattress and associated ancillary items.

Jamie the assistant was very helpful and friendly - He put me at ease when choosing the mattress and explained the differences with the mattress. He allowed me to look at the wardrobes I was also interested in and informed me of the delivery time and the extras I could have with the wardrobe. I had seen what I liked on the web site and wanted to see what they looked like for real. having the stock in the showroom allowed me to do this.

we brought a mattress earlier this year and had a very bad experience, not approached, unhelpful staff, had to really work hard to buy what we wanted. This visit couldn't have been more different. Lee was so helpful, we went in with an idea of what we wanted but he showed us several options and offered other ideas. We found a frame that suited our needs and then he helped us choose a mattress. We use the in store mattress calculator which helped confirm the style we wanted and then he helped to ensure we found the right one for our budget and comfort. His attitude and knowledge were great throughout and he explained the delivery procedure and offered us additional products to suit our needs. We would now gladly shop here again
